They always claim that they had the title signed by the owner, but i have no way of proving if its the truth. How can i change over the title of an out-of-state car, if the car is totaled in an accident? We brought the car to a new state, signed the back of the old title, then the car was involved in an accident and totaled and we have already gotten a total loss check for it.
