Dodge Charger Police Car, Pursuit Model? Next year, the used police car guys will have used Dodge Charger Police Cars for sale. I want to buy the pursuit model with the V8. Anything I should get that the factory sells that may NOT be on the Charger?. I see a limited slip differential, thicker sway bars, better shocks and springs. Or, don't bother? does not need them? And aftermarket items. Should I add more gauges? If so, which ones?
Is it legal to have police sirens/ lights in my car? I found a car that used to be a police car for sale, it is repainted and legal but it still has the lights, sirens, and a PA System. I want to know if it is legal to drive around, I won't be using it while driving I really would just think it is cool to have in there to show friends. I live in Georgia by the way. Forgot to say, it doesn't have the roof lights/siren it is more like an undercover cop would have with lights attached to the rear and front windows.
Buying police impound cars...good idea or no? Im saving up for a used car that i can use to get back and forth to school and such. I heard about police impound car sales and was wondering if there is any down sides to getting a car through that service? thanks =]
Buying a used police car? I am thinking about buying a used police car (1997 Lumina) with 70,000 miles on it. I think it is for sale for $2,000. I am not sure whether it is a good idea to by an ex cop car. My buddy told me that the cops probably did a lot of idleing and starting/stopping the engine. He said starting/stopping a lot is one of the biggest wear and tear on a car because of the engine not recieving oil on start up for a few moments. Basically I would just like to know if it is worth it or not to go ahead and get it. Thanks.
Can a used car dealership sale me a car without the title? I bought a car 4 months ago and have been unable to purchase tags for the car because the dealership does not have the title. The night that he sold me car he told me to pick up the title the next day. Each month that I go to pay my car note he reissue me paper tags and new bill of sales. I have been pulled over several times by the police and I am looking suspicious like I am the one doing wrong I was told I would be ticketed if I was pulled over again. What are my rights and what can I do about this?
How do I purchase a used Police Charger? I am interested in purchasing an old, used police Dodge V8 Charger. I know these cars have not been on the road for that long, but I know there have to be some out there for some reason that aren't used any more and up for sale. Where do I look for one? Do I need to find a police auction? I know all the sensitive police equipment (electronics, lights, etc) will be removed, as this would be a project car for me. Any help would be appreciated!
If you could afford it, what would be your dream car? I would have to win the lotto, but my "dream car" would be a 1-year-old (used) Crown Victoria Police Car. You can see them for sale on the internet under 'used police cars.' I would want it in glossy black, with black "stealth" PURSUIT reflective lettering on both sides, big lettering, door to floor size. I want the white strobes, lots of them. Navy blue cloth interior. 8 speakers and gps. 5 point seat belts, red! Dark window tinting. Custom license plate on the back NOTACOP. Oh to dream. I never understand why people always want the most expensive cars. They just say money, if you know what type of cars they are. Most people do not, drive up in a Bentley 4-door sedan and everyone is wondering "what is it?" and have NO clue as to the price. My car would be one-of-a-kind and a blast to drive. Never could afford to buy and custom-build one, family and bills. But it is nice to dream... What's your dream car?

how long dopolice cars last? (mileage?)? ive found police cars for sale, but they have higher mileage, like 100k+, but seeing as these cars have heavy duty options (suspension and engine) does that mean u can expect the car to last longer than a typical car? taxi's that use the crown vic package last upwards of 200k+ (ive seen at 300k!) and there romped on pretty hard too. thanks for the help
what is standard protocol when police steal, loose, misplace, disregard expensive property? I absent mindedly left my laptop at a friends hs. she asked her brother to deliver to me at work. On his way to my office he was pulled over & arrested for being a parollee at large. He & the detective called during the arrest to ease my mind & instruct me on how to pick up my property that was int he car. I followed the instructions given to me over the phone by the detective but was unable to pick up my bag & never have seen my computer again. I jumped throughj hoops for the next few months without any luck. When the property of the guy who was arrested was released I was promised by more than 1 detective that my computer was there. It was not. 5 mos later I was driving a used car for sale by a private party, taking it to my mechanic & test driving for the day. My new computer that I had finally saved up enuf $ to buy was in the back seat. I was pulled over by 5 squad cars, helicopter, w/guns ptd at me thrown on the ground.. the car was a stolen car, I was detained, computer gone etc.

How many people are aware that the Healthcare bill currently under review has hidden abortion orders inside? The bill has hidden agenda included in it such as: Orders for Abortions for Women - if the pregnancy is not to the doctors standards. Socialization of Healthcare- taken completely over by the goverment, and the elimination of private healthcare. Whats next, federal education? After that? The Murder of Senior Citizens - Included in the bill is a section about doctors coming to American's homes to "evaluate" them. They will then give the person "options". Euthanasia will become a part of everyday life in America if this bill passes. This is all true, our country is on its way to becoming an extreme left socialist state, obama is stripping away our rights and attempting to make anyone who disagrees with him look like an enemy. America is right now is like germany was when Hitler came to power. He stripped them of their rights first, then made everyone who opposed him an enemy. Obama is doing this subtly everyday. Look at the propaganda ads that hes starred in the past few weeks. Hes taking full advantage of the media, including the recent "Beer Summit" , where he got involved with the media (in it alot isn't he) for the simple reason that he jumped the gun in accusing a white police officer of RACIAL profiling for arresting a black Harvard professor who was WITNESSED while he broke into a home, and refused to identify himself. -More propaganda to cause racism among blacks and whites. Hussein Obama has also appointed over 30 CZARS to the White House staff. CZARS! They are going to be the replacements of our state government! They're starting with healthcare first, next education, technology, utilities, until the grip is so tight we can't breath. I call for the impeachment of President Hussein Obama immediately! All true americans tell your local senator and congressman to call for the impeachment of this unqualified man who is spending away our country and running it into the ground right in front of us! He's also buying up all our used cars (cash for clunkers program) and DISTROYING THEM and selling the leftovers to CHINA! This will drive up prices of used parts, and make older cars cost more; then used car sales will drop. Obama is basically bribing us to buy a new car. If we had McCain in office he would have already given every family a $5,000 stimulus, and we wouldn't be disarming the countries weapons supply. The bill IS in its final state thats why Obamas pushing to rush it through- theyre just arguing right now. Also in the bill are cap and tax sections, as well as plans to raise taxes for every american, and get rid of welfare.
Hey, is this good writing? The Murder File I Chapter 1 Get away from me! 11:57 P.M. 11-5-2010 At around midnight in the big city, they yell from bullets can really distract a guy. Even though the city, Telecon, has the world’s greatest police force, gangsters will try and fail. But today the bullets were louder. George Bond happened to be really distracted! He had learned about what do to if someone did invade his house: He would go to his bedroom and grab his pistol. If more then three or four invaded, in his attic he kept a shotgun. Then all of a sudden like a plane running right by you his door nearly exploded. Men in black suits came in and started shooting bullets everywhere. George saw about seven so he ran up to his attic, only to find more men! One grabbed his arm and pulled him forward. The man’s face was pale, like a dead man’s. He kicked his coconuts and ran back to his room. Even more were there! The house was infected with this disease! “ Get away from me!” He screeched. Then all of a sudden out of the swarm of bullets got his leg and another in his arm. Out of pain and fear, plus blood loss he was knocked out! He was never heard of again! Chapter 2 Race against the Force 11:12 P.M. 11-12-2010 Ever noticed that a couple glasses of wine are like a couple of mosquito bites? Once you start to scratch a bite, the burning and itching starts to happen. Well, Ben Brady, detective for Telecon was no deferent. He had just come to the restaurant to look over some notes about last weeks kidnapping and possible murder. He had heard about it on the news while he was at his house. He had questioned some neighbors the day later and came up with three notes: The men were pale like zombies or men with colds They used police handguns and cars and other weapons They were heading for the border of the next state, Washington Ben Brady looked down at his 9mm handgun. Nobody knew he had it so; he at a snail's pace reloaded it. Then all of a sudden an alarm went off. Police cars surrounded the area. He hid the handgun; of what he thought triggered the alarm. As he turned around a zombie looking man came in with an assault rifle. He started killing innocent children and parents. Ben Brady fired his handgun pack hitting two times out of two. The bizarre man turned and looked at Ben. Ben popped another shot and blew the man’s head off. Then all of a sudden, south of nowhere men in ballistic shields compressed this hellish place, flouting the windows. Ben Brady again crooked in an angle and popped three bullets. As the third one slammed into a zombie, he was grabbed from behind. Another group of zombies had managed to get inside. He had face gang members before, even stopped an American Gang meeting and also sabotaged a Gang and Terrorist Nuclear Missile sale. Then all of a sudden as Ben looked back at all of his memories of fighting to protect the planet, an AK-47 assault rifle blasted everywhere. Brady dove under a table as glasses exploded. He took out the guns magazine and replaced it with another one, full of bullets. He got up and fired thrice. The zombie monster swaggered up and fired a the rest of his clip. Brady watched the zombie with his gun. Then another wave of zombies compressed the entire building firing bullets everywhere. Ben choose to jump over to the bartenders side of the bar. Surprisingly, a shotgun with ten shells was right under the bar, in case of a fight. He grabbed it and loaded it up quickly and fired at zombie monsters and started blowing heads off. Finally after blowing about twelve heads off with those ten shells he was now out of any hope. He started clubbing zombies with his shotgun but it had little effect. The zombies now grabbed at him and started putting sleeping injections into his body. Then a whole bunch of shotguns and pistols were fired. He couldn't tell if police officers were helping or if he was being executed. More injections were put into his skin. Finally, a swarm of bullets it the zombies around him and clouded up his vision. He tried to round up his strength into is feet and did a roundhouse kick. A bullet then smothered his torso in blood and another one on his arm mimicked. He tried to draw his gun and ended up scratching at his wound. Another bullet hit his leg and he blacked out completely. Chapter 3 British Zombies 8:00 P.M. 11-14-2010 Brady thrust his eyelids open to see he was in some sort of dark woods you see in those cheesy scary movies. But, this is not a cheesy horror movie, but a cheesy horror book about a young detective who faces zombies and shoots them. He also has to find who killed the victim. Ben not knowing what happened to him was lucky to find a green apple and a Tommy Gun right beside him. He took a gigantic mouthful of the apple and found it sweet. Then he though “ How can I of all people in this world be lucky to find a gun and food.” Then it hit him, literally! A foo
How to legally drive a car home bought from private seller? I am buying a used car from a private sell today. I don't have insurance on that vehicle yet and it's not registered yet. Would both of us signing a bill of sale cover me incase i get pulled over by the police? I can't imagine driving a car on the highway without any plates or anything without getting pulled over instantly. thanks for your help.
How smart is it to sell a used car to an illegal who you have to provide a fake name address etc to? A nearly year-long investigation has snared nine people on charges that they provided fake IDs or other documents to illegal immigrants to help them buy used cars. The busts happened today as part of three raids of used car lots in the Hamilton area. More dealerships remain under investigation, according to Butler County Sheriff Richard Jones. The illegal activities allegedly included providing fake IDs, processing those fake IDs to facilitate auto sales, and impersonating a police officer in debt collection situations. Sold a used car for $500. Buyer wrote a personal check.? We signed a bill of sale stating as is, and I signed over the title to him. He wrote me a check for the amount of $500, and I deposited it into my bank the next day. A few days went by, and he called and informed me that the car was not functioning the was he expected. He test drove it and had been driving it since. I told him that it was a bad turn of events for him and there was nothing I could do. I made sure he understood that the contract we signed was an 'as is' agreement. Today, my bank had withdrew the check back, and in calling them, I found out that his account did not have the funds available. I also contacted his bank and they say the same thing, but cannot do much about it. What actions should I take to assure that he pays me for the car? Is this something the police need to get involved in? What type of laws or statue's are there that protect pepole from bad checks like theses? Any advice on this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
Should I get rid of our used car seats? They're not recalled, but I don't know their history...? I’m 34 weeks pregnant. My husband and I received two used car seats as gifts. His mom and aunt found them at yard sales. I checked the model numbers to make sure they aren’t recalled. The seats are 3 to 5 years old. I don’t see any damage, but we have no way of knowing if they were ever in an accident. My husband thinks that I’m too paranoid. I’m thinking about getting a $50 car seat from Wal-mart. Then I’d get a base for our other car later. The car seat I’m considering looks just like one of the used ones we have (but we have an older version). I want to throw the used ones away. My husband will protest if I tell him. I heard that our police station will inspect the car seats, but just because the seats look fine, should that be enough to reassure us that they're safe? Yes, I already had a shower. One of the car seats was a shower gift.
I bought a used car off this guy but he never gave title? Its a 95 Taurus and I paid $300 for it.. So, he gave me a bill of sale and said he would get the title to me in a week. Now the guy is gone and nobody can locate him. Then this other guy shows up and says the car is his and he wants it back and shows me the title. I told him, I dont have the car ( It was hidden in my garage ) Then the police came and I told them the same thing. The police and they guy are saying I stole the car.. I showed them the bill of sale and told them the car is out of state and not in my possession. The police tried to look in my garage and I video them tresspassing and have charges pending againt them. They tried to get a search warrant, but the judge said he will not issue a search warrant for such a trivial item. What can I do know about this matter? Next a title for the copy was put in my mailbox, but it was an almost perfect photo-copy, but not the original.. advise?
BIG PROBLEM ,ex-boyfriend used my name for car loan, what can i do? The situation is: my ex-boyfriend bought a car for me on my name, put deposit about 3.000 $. And after short time we separated. I didn’t take a car. I told him sale a car because I can’t afford pay for it. So he said he sold the car, everything ok, nothing under my name anymore... after few months I find out : my credit score so bad, I checked and – it’s a car loan “ wells Fargo” for a car under my name , for 4-5 months no payment. I don’t have a car, but I have car loan for 15.000 $ and very bad credit... Wells Fargo representative calling me every day asking about payments, what should I do, make a police report, or report of stolen car? Get an attorney? What kind? I can’t reach or find him, last time we spoke he said he sold car. I guess I signed some papers for loan. And give him my Drivers License copy. But all the time he had a car . So I don’t have a car, I don’t know where this car, I Don’t know what to do Any advice will help.
We bought a car used in a robbery possibly?!? So here is the scoop, my fiance bought a car a week ago from a guy. It was sitting in a parking lot with a for sale sign on it. ANyway when he went toclean out the car this week to do some work on it he found 8 or so tags that came off of rings. They range in price from $250 all the way up to over $800. DO we tell the police? What should we do? Help us!! Also there are bullet indentions in the side door, we leive in a rural area so he assumed they were from someone being careless with ag un, not all that uncommon around here.
Buying a used car from private seller's friend (non-owner) who has the open title transfer signed by owner.? Hi, I am getting a good price on a Jetta that I am buying used. The seller mentions that his friend left for Turkey and cannot come back and he is helping him sell all of his US belongings. He clearly mentioned that the owner signed the title for transfer and if the buyer puts his/ her name on it, then it's good to go. I am going to run Carfax and get it inspected by a mechanic. Additionally, I was planning to check the VIN and license plates against a local police station records to make sure it's not stolen. All the dealings will be done personally and I am issuing a cashier's check (instead of cash - of course personal check he won't accept). Are there additional safeguards I should employ? I do not have a precedent but I am sure these transactions do happen? Like when you can't be present for the sale so you appoint an agent? How does it work when people use dealers to sell their vehicles on their behalf? I would imagine they do similar things - i.e. signing the title transfer for the buyer to put their name on. Can someone guide me to any issues I should be aware of? Thanks,
Scam on Craigslist for sale of very cheap vehicles? There is a scam involving Craigslist and the sale of cars. The car will be listed for about half of the Kelly Blue Book value. When you email to enquire about the vehicle the reply is something like this, The 2005 Nissan Maxima 3.5 SE is located in Valley Cottage NY, and it is in perfect condition, with no need for additional repairs, no scratches, dings, special marks whatsoever. It has 33K miles and the VIN is: (then he lists a valid VIN # ). It has a clear title ready to be signed and notarized on your name. I have the pictures hosted on the net and you can see them at: http://s....... The price is $2,998 including shipping costs anywhere in the continental US. There are no other costs regarding this transaction. The transaction will be closed only through a 3rd party and this way we will both be protected. My time is limited due to my job in the army so I decided to use a service from Pivotal Payments. To begin the transaction I'll need your full name and shipping address. Thank you, I fell for one of these scams recently (I know, I know, how could I possibly be so stupid, but we all have our faults.) I am working with my local police department to try to find this person or persons. My question is Who else has actually also fell for this scam? What is the email address that you were corresponding with? Where did you send the money? (I sent my Moneygram to NY) Would you be willing to email me and if needed give more details. If we can find the commonalities between these transactions, and the more information we have the better chance we have of actually catching these guys. It does frustrate me when others say, "You'll never get your money back. You'll never catch them." These criminals are hoping that their victims will give up and think that it's just too hard to track them down, but the more people who have been scammed this way, and there are quite a few unfortuanetly, the more information we can gather from each individual, then there is a chance that these criminals can be tracked down. i want to know if im wrong or right about wanting my money back on a used car i purchased.? on july 15 I put a down payment on a car from my uncles dealership. When I'm driving it home the police pulls me over and tells me that my car is smoking.me and my boyfriend pull over by a gas station and the car was smoking real bad. A kind person helped us out my puttin water in the alternator...when he did this there was so much rust that came out of it. He actually had to keep puttin water until it came out clear. I called my uncle the next morning and he said don't drive it and hell have to check it out. I didn't drive the car for three days. He told me that I would need this part so I brought it cause it was only 17 dollars.what happened was the sensor was broken so when the car gets hot the fan isn't going to cool it down so that's why it started to smoke...we found out that if I turn the air conditionor on it'll blow. Well I still didn't feel comfortable until he told me that it should be okay until he come get it. The day of my birthday I drove to work. When I got off I drove it back home and AGAIN the car was smoking but this time it was worse. A mechanic that lives by my house helped me pull the car off the street and cooled it down for me. He told me that the head basket is blown. This was on the 21st so this is 5 days after getting the car. Since then my uncle hasn't returned any of my phone calls for almost 3 weeks. Just yesturday he said that he had to buy another car to get the motor out of it to put in my car. So now I'm like okay so when are u gonna fix it because I really just want my money back.he tells me that he needs 300 dollars for the labor and I'm like no because the car was smokin the day I got it. Should I get my money back? The only thing that I'm worried about is that on the contract it says 'as is' condition. Which is bullshit because I only drove this car for 2 days and haven't seen it since. The contract states that I have 15 days to "have the vehicle inspected by and independent mechanic and agrees to cancel the sale if the inspection is unsatisfactory to the Buyer". I am really mad right now because I feel he played me...I just want my money back from him. I should've listened to my family when they told me not to buy it but I did and now I have to solve this problem
When Ford stops making full size cars, what Japanese company will start selling them? For quite a few years Ford has had a monopoly on full-size cars. If you want to buy a full size car you must buy a crown vic, Mercury Marquis, or a Lincoln town car. Yet Ford has decided they will stop making these. I suppose they have reasons to, like Police cars are no longer always a crown vic, some cops are now driving Dodge Chargers, and Impalas. Ford taxi-cab sales must be down since they started using mini-vans for taxis, but the problem that will kill the big fords is image. People are willing to pay more for a big gas gussler because it makes a visual statement, that is something like I can afford a bigger car than you, or I must be a success if I can buy one of these. In order to give its owner a sense of superiority it must be higher in quality than most peoples cars, not just bigger than them. By now we think if something is the best, it must be imported. Therefore if there is a full size car with a lexus, infiniti, or acura badge on it, such a car would be percieved as the biggest AND the best. The town car then becomes a cheap substitute for the best and loses its snob appeal. So what is this Japanese super car that will come out in 2011 that Ford believes it can't compete with?
Do I owe this person money for something that was not my fault? A few months ago my friend let me borrow her car. I was turning on a green light, when another car hit me on the driver side. When the police came to the scene, he gave her a ticket for running the red light, so obviously it was her fault. My friend got a 5000 dollar check for the accident, which was what the car was worth. She then chose to buy a car that was worth 10,000 dollars, and her mom told us we have to pay them 500 dollars because that was the amount for the sales tax. We told her we were not going to pay, but now she's threatening to take us to court and sue us for 5000 dollars if we don't pay. Am I legally suppose to pay for the taxes on her new car? She could have gotten a cheaper used car for the amount that she got from the insurance company.
Can my soon to be ex-wife file a stolen vehicle report if we are both on temp tags and bill of sale? I'm a florida resident with 4 young kids down here who need me. We got married in kentucky where she lives and she changed her mind about moving down here after 2 months of marriage. We bought a vehicle after we got married. I used the car to come here and filed for divorce in florida. We both signed title and bill of sale, both names are on temp tag. She lives in a small town and went back to her friend at dealership and had my name taken off title without my permission (fraud). Kentucky DMV says vehicles not in my name so I can't get a copy of the title. Now she says that she has filed a stolen vehicle report and has her buddy (a cop) making calls to my friends and family from the local police station saying I took it illegally and she just wants it returned and to let me know I'm in trouble if they see me. She has her own car up there and the jurisdiction for divorce is florida. She is angry because she cashed in her 401k to buy the car and move us to florida but then she changed her mind because she didn't want to leave her grandkids, well i can't live without mine either. I have a new job and am using the car for work. It is not registered in florida (no title) but temp tags are current and I still have florida drivers license. Could she really report it stolen? How much trouble can she get in for the fraud? Is that cop calling around considered harrassment? Anyone have any idea how this property may be divided? Any suggestions about all this would be appreciated. BTW I can't really afford a lawyer to take my fraud case.

All of my poet friends: read my story about a significant time of my life..? I wasn’t in here to make any friends. I was certainly not in here to make any friends who probably stole cars, used drugs, and who knows what else. I wanted to do my time and be out as quick as possible. I just wanted to get my time over with so I could return home and apologize to my dad. I wanted to tell him how sorry I was. “That’s cool, that’s cool,” the boy said with his deep raspy voice. “My name is Jamal, Jamal Walker, but you can just call me Jamie.” He stuck out his hand which I shook reluctantly. “So, what did you do to get yourself locked up in here?” said Jamie as he cut his pancakes and poured strawberry syrup over the top. “I mean, you seem like the innocent type.” “I bit my dad,” I said and took another sip of milk. “At least that is what he told the police.” “Yeah, I feel you.” said Jamie. “Man, parents can tell the cops anything and they will believe it.” “Yeah,” I said. “They only believe what they want to believe and when you try to tell your side of the story they just ignore you.” There was an awkward pause as I put my tray down on the ground and looked nervously about the room. “I’m innocent, I don’t belong here.” I said. Jamie chuckled to himself and said, “Yeah...that is what everybody says. I bet you each and every one of these juvies in here thinks of himself as innocent and that he shouldn’t be here.” “Yeah.” I said and stared down at my barely touched plate of pancakes and applesauce. “Aren’t you hungry, man?” said Jamie when he looked at my unfinished plate of food. “No,” I said. “Nervous?” asked Jamie said as he finished his pancakes and put his tray food on his bed. “Yeah.” I said and looked down at the ground. “Hey, man,” Jamie said. “It is ok to be nervous. I remember my first time here. I was transferred her from Girls Camp because I hit a guard and two supervisor.” “But you’re a boy!” I exclaimed, surprised. “Nah, man, girl’s camp isn’t literally, girl’s camp.” Said Jamie and he gave a hearty laugh. “We just call it that because of the fact that it was once an all-girl’s juvenile detention center.” “Oh.” I said. “So then, what did you do to get locked up at Girl’s Camp?” I asked Jamie. “I was part of a gang. I used to sale drugs near this small church in my neighborhood.” “Why did you sale drugs, for the money, or what?” I asked, very much curious now. “Mostly, I did it to support my two kids. I had a baby by two different women. One lives in Pennsylvania and the other here in Sacramento.” “I was caught,” continued Jamie. “And I was brought to Girl’s Camp. There I got in a fight with one of the supervisors over some nonsense and then was relocated to here. I was supposed to only be in there for three months.” I had been listening intently. His story gripped me in every way. He must have done something pretty bad to have to be in there for three months! I am in here one day and I am ready to crack. “So,” I asked and got up to make my bed. “How long are you in here for? Did the judge tell you?” “No,” said Jamie as he was putting the sheets on his bed. “My next hearing is this Tuesday before my second class.” “What?” I said half-surprised. “Class for what? They actually have classes here?” “Yeah, of course,” said Jamie as he pulled the covers over his bed and laid the pillow neatly on the end. He sat down upon his made bed and rubbed his hands. “What classes do they have?” I asked curious. “Well, they only have classes throughout the week. Today’s Saturday so they do not have any classes.” “However,” continued Jamie, “When they do they have P.E. or gym, English, Math, History and Art. P.E. has to be my favorite class. We can play dodge ball, and basketball. Do you hoop?” “Yeah, of course.” I said thinking about my friends when we played together. “Are you any good?” said Jamie with a slight grin plastered across his face. “A little,” I said saying the opposite of what I really felt. I was locked up in Juvenile Hall when I was sixteen, due to depression causing a lot of chaos, and parents and fighting just a lot of bad stuff. I hope you like it. I wrote an entire book about my experience and I actually gave a copy to the juvenile hall I went to so that others wont feel so alone. I had become close friends with the supervisor there who was in charge of the extracurricular activities and reading and poetry times.=]
what can be done when someone sells you a lemon vehicle? My friend recently bought a used car from a private sale in British Columbia. He signed the papers paid the money and left with the car ON the verbal agreement that he take it to the shop and if there was a problem he could bring it back for a refund. He also noted there was rust on the bottom of the car which the seller said was no big deal. He took the car to a shop, where they told him the car shouldnt even be on the road, was completely rusted and he could have got in an accident just driving it. They called the police and condemned the vehicle. My friend went back to the seller to get his refund and the seller said something along the lines of 'its your car, not my problem' and offered him an insultingly small percentage back. I'm a bit familiar with lemon laws but this is more extreme, its not a couple repairs, they took his car away! What can he do about this??
I bought a truck with a lein on it, it was stolen before I could transfer it and get insurance, what do I do? The girl I bought the 2000 Ford F150 from gave me a fake title, I found out on Oct 10th. I called her and her Mom(cosigner) that day..2 days later her mom was at the bank paying the lein off and picking up the oribinal title. I took it to the police on the 10th when it was stolen and they told me I needed more info before they would File, stolen vehicle. On Oct. 13, Mom brought me the title she picked up from the bank but no truck. They had been promising me the bill of sale and the spare key since Aug. 15th (the day I gave them a $5000.00 bank draft.) They wrote a quick BOS when I gave them the bank draft. Now I have 2 titles, can't get insurance on a stolen vehicle and cannot transfer title even thou they signed everything over to me and still no truck. The girl I bought the truck from, well, her roommate works for a used car lot and has access to titles and BOS's.Now she is going to Fort Hood, where her husband is stationed, probably with my truck. The PD Dept. is doing nothing.
Can a lien holder legally sell me a car he obtained from a lien if he has the title signed by the owner? The guy is a mechanic in Illinois and he claims that a Wisconsin resident gave him the car for repairs. When the owner couldn't pay the repair bill, the mechanic used a lien to get the state police involved and get the guy to fork over the title. The mechanic wants cash for the car and he is offering me the title signed by the owner and a bill of sale. Is this a safe transaction? How can I make sure no one will go after the car once I buy it? Thanks!
What are the legalities about a Crown Vic? I was looking at a black crown victoria police interceptor for sale, it has concealed blue/red flashers and head/tail light strobes, it also has a PA system. I know its illegal to use the reds/blues on public roads but where could you use them and are they legal to even have on the car? Rhode Island
is this a good deal for a car? I saw a 2001 Chevy impala for sale and the asking price was 1.3K so, im thinking that's that a good deal! so i called the person to see if i can test the car out and i drove it around for 3 hours to see if anything might be wrong and i found no problems with it (it use to be a police car) anyway, it checked out when i drove it around and it had 60k miles on it so, is it a good deal??
False claim: Breach of contract on automobile sale. They reposessed car in middle of night from garage.? My parents bought a new SUV in the Dallas, Tx area about a month ago. Last week it was stolen out of the garage in the middle of the night. The police were called and it was reported as a stolen vehicle. A couple of days ago my mother called to make her first payment (not due for another 2 weeks) and found that the finance company that the dealership used had no record of her. They said that the dealership may have just been slow in sending the paperwork off to call them and see if the paperwork was in the mail. When she called the employee that took her call said that he was under orders from his boss to not talk to her and that her vehicle was not stolen that it had been repossesed for breach of contract. He would give no further info. She asked to speak to the woman who filed her financing at the dealership, and was told she no longer worked there. Mom called the police and they talked to the dealership and found out that they claimed that she was in breach of contract because she used her name and credit to purchase a vehicle for someone else. The vehicle has only been used by my parents, and fully licensed and insured in their names. The accusation is unbelievable!!! The police also told her that even if they had grounds to repo, they were still tresspassing by going in the garage. She does not have the money to hire a lawyer and does not know what actions to take. Oh, and to make matters worse, her old car that had been parked next to the new has a dent in it with the same color paint as the new one (guessing in their quick thieving in the middle of the night they damaged it). The name of the dealership is Southwest Hyudai in Dallas, Tx. Does anyone have any advice?? Know any pro bono's in Texas (they live near Dallas in Mansfield)?? Ever heard anyone having something like this happen before? Complaints against this dealership??? Thanks for any help!
Signature forged on two loan documents! What to do? My husband and I just got a used car. Noticed purchase agreement and installment sale contract has been forged. We did sign these forms but not the ones we were given copies of. Don't know if numbers changed. Also dealership playing with us as far as not fixing what needs to be fixed and registering the car. Worse yet they know my husband is a police officer and still forged our signatures. Supposed to bring car Tuesday for them to fix check engine light again. Still waiting to get registration from them and only have till Thursday before my plates expire and need new ones. We live in MA but bought the car in New Hampshire. Should we seek help from an attorney? Advise loan company that they forged the loan documents? We definately will be filing criminal charges. Thanks!
My neighbors used to be good neighbors, then they started going down hill. I don't know what to do next.? We are luckily in a financial position that once we sell, we can build. We already purchased property to do so. These neighbors used to be nice, then they started smoking, then drinking, now we smell pot. Talking to them didn't work. They only got worse. They have tons of trash in their yard and broken down cars. We called code enforcement, the police. They harass our kids so we have filed a anti-harassment order. I can't build until we sell but no one wants to buy our house with all the junk next door. Not even at $50,000 under the recently appraised value. Code enforcement hasn't followed thru despite several complaints from us and others. I don't want dumb advice like how to get revenge. I just want smart advice on how to handle living next door until we can move and how to sell my house with all the junk. We already have a fence. Tried that, didn't work. Winter sales don't happen in our small town, and winter is worse because along with their 5 broken down heaps, they park their 3 other vehicles and camper in the front yard making it look even worse. Summer sales are great in our town but they smoke outside in congregations and no one wants to be around that. If they see anyone here they're nosey and come outside to smoke just to see what's happening. We mostly can't move because they have vandalized other homes on our block, and we know they will do the same to us. Knowing they will get arrested if they do doesn't help us because there are 3 adults and one teen already on probation and they don't care. They'll do it anyway and that will make it even more difficult to sell our house. We have notified their P.O's. We live in a nice neighborhood, with mostly great neighbors. These neighbors are the only people who live the way do and we've all tried to help we tried being friends, paying for home repairs for them, praying for them. Now I just want to leave. We even found people that would haul away their cars and pay them for them and also other places that would give them a tax deduction. They say they're going to Fix those heaps that have been sitting there rotting for 6 years. I am not trying to trick anyone into buying my house, I am just hoping and praying that someone will. I am just trying to figure out how to make an unbearable situation bearable.
sold my car 3 months ago, buyer refusing to pay in full,I want my money, what I can do?PLEASE HELP ME!? I sold my car and we agree he was going to pay the rest in 15 days,(written on the bill of sale) well the 15 days now has became a 3 months and he's refusing to pay, in addition the car was stolen, he called the police, and in top of that he said I did it. I mean why? He owes me and I've waiting a long time, and do nothing just wait. I still got the title. I want my money;he used the car for a long time now, I think he's lying,he has the car and he just saying that it was stolen or something because he doesn't want to pay . Also he called me and treating me,to damage my house, my car me or my family unless I give him his money back (in full) or else, I called the police, and make a police report but I'm scared I have kids.... Please someone help me!! I want him to pay and I'm sure he is taking advantage of me,I don't know if the police has found the car or not,but I'm pretty sure the car is already founded,or he have the car, somehow. Someone told me he need the title to get it from the police is that true? I'm scared and need help... Someone.. Thanks..

They sold me a defective car! Is there anything that I can do about it? I got a used car, Nissan Maxima, year 2000, two weeks ago. I purchased it through a very reputable dealer, and paid for it in cash. At the time of purchase, the sales man assured us that the car is in very good condition & they always check the carfax. I asked him & his manager 3 times, if the engine & transmission were in good condition & they said absolutely. I started driving the car last Tuesday, and everything looked good. On Ftriday, the red ligh turned on, that engine service needed, and I started hearing a noise from the engine. So I took it to Nissan & ask for a diagnostic. They called me today, that the engine month(or something like this) needs to be changed & the engine is completely loose. Also transmission has problems & some parts need to be replaced. It will cost $2300! Also they told me that the car was in Nissan Mechanic shop the day before I purchsed it! And they showed me all the records that the car had the same problems plus a major oil leak, none of them were fixed. They also told me it looked like they changed the milage on the car. I went to the original dealer this evening & told them what happened. I spoke to a manager. He told me that they sold the car as it was. And they are not police! So if someone sells them a car, they don't investigate the milage. He offered that I trade the car for another car or a lease. Which means I am going to loose at least $3000, which is a lot of money for me. The only reason I got a used car, was that I didn't want ot have monthly payment, and now I have to loose all my savings. Is there anything that I can do, eventhough I bought the car as it was? Is this dealer reliable for the bad car they sold to me? If yes, how should I deal with them? Thanks for all helpful answers. To Alfredb: I do know that I made a big mistake buying the car as is. But that does not mean that you can come here and be direspctful to me. FYI: I got the car checked by a professional, and he didn't find any major issues. I understand English very well, how about you? Do you know the diffrence between being rude & being polite? Or this is the way that you speak English?!
What will happen if I cancel my vehicles registration? I REALLY need help with this issue I am trying to deal with. in March I sold my suv to a person I didnt know anything about any forms and procedures I needed to make sure I did before selling a car. So I sell the car cash no "bill of sale" no "taking the plates off" no "release of liability form" no "transfer notification form" just got the cash signed the title but didnt date it or anything just signed ( I was very uninformed if only knew then what i know now) I didnt even get the guys name and number. Now in September I get a red light ticket in the mail for $75 I dont have any information about the car or the person I sold it to so I can complete all those forms thouroughly and correctly. The only thing I think I can do is CANCEL the vehicles registration? I need desperate help I just turned 19 and i don't need to be racking up ticket and points on my license because I want to be a Police Officer. the ticket is in Houston TX which is Harris County. I have tried calling the police station and the courthouse all I need to know is can I actually myself cancel the registration? what does it include "canceling a cars registration" does that mean if they get another red light camera ticket or if the car is used in a crime I wont be responsible for it since the registration is canceled? What can I DO in this situation now? what can I expect If and When/ After I suspend the registration to that car in my name? I have nothing just my DL and the ticket with a picture of the plates. Would the vin work? I think I may still have the old insurance card for it. PLEASE I BEG YOU HELLP ME! I am genuinely afraid of how haunting this can get I ve read the horror stories on here about this. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS NOW? Thank You and God Bless if you believe in him or not cheers!
Legal help. Paid guy from Navy a deposit for car now he wont Answer my calls.? Hi guys, I really need help on what I can do about my situation. This is basically what happened. I live in New Mexico and have been looing for an older Chevelle for some time so I sold my mustang and started browising craigslist ads. There was a guy that posted his car for sale in Fresno CA (he lives on a navy base in lemoore). It was a 1970 Chevelle and it looked in good shape. Anyway here are 2 links that e had posted for his car. http://fresno.craigslist.org/cto/1212001293.html http://us.simplead.com/ad/10924 So I was talking with him about the car through phone calls and text. He said he was leaving in a week back to MO and he needed the money to fund his trip back. We ended up agreeing that I was going to pay 3250 (half) so he could get the title and other things. I was suppose to meet hm on his way to MO. He said he was going through Albuquerque in New Mexico to get back the MO ....... So I would meet him there and we would meet up and I would pay the rest and he would sign the title over to me. A couple days before we were suppose to meet, we stopped answering my calls and text messages. It would ring but we wouldnt answer. Ive left him multiple emails, tex messages and voice mails since then but nothing. When I did the 3250 deposit, I transfered the mone into his bank account. He gave me his bank of america account number so I have records of all the money transfers I did. I got alot of his info. I got his name, phone number (which is still working but he doesnt answer when I call), Navy command, his recently ex wifes name (she said she doesnt know whats gong on but it doesnt seem like hiim to o something like this), I also have the car make and model along with the VIN number he gave me. I had posted in craigslist after I didnt hear from him about the car asking about information about the guy. I got alot of responses. Many people contacted me about seeing the car on the base and that the guy was leaving and they saw him putting the car onto a trailer. This was the 2 days before we were suppose to meet that they saw him. They gave me what ever info they could about him. I ended up calling the police station there on base and gave them the information I had and they looked him up and the found the car registered under his name and everythign added up. They ended going to his place but saw that he had'nt been there for a couple of days. From there they told me to contact Navy Legal and that is just what I did...and am waiting to hear back from them. Is there anything at all else that I can do? Or can someone help me out with what my options are? I feel soooo bad becasue I paid 3250 dollars. I dont have a car to use right now and have to walk to work. I was hoping this would be a good deal but it turns out it wasnt. If anyone can help me out I would really really appreciate it.
Are outside mirrors required on cars/trucks? I have a Jeep Wrangler, and in the summer its great to drive with the top and doors removed. In the JC Whitney catalog (a major supplier of aftermarket car/truck accessories, especially for jeeps) they sell aftermarket exterior mirrors that replace the mirrors that come off with the doors for summertime use. On the page it also states that exterior rear view mirrors are federally mandated. However, I have driven past and even sat next to multiple police officers on the road and have never been corrected or warned. Anybody know whether this is truly a law or if Whitney is just trying to use scare tactics to booster sales? If you can, link to any sites/sources with the info. Thanks
Car totaled in an accident, insurance company not offering enough, local market value? A friend of mine recently had his car totaled by a reckless driver while it was parked outside his house. There was a police report on the incident and it was passed along to the at fault motorist's insurance company. They used CCC in order to come up with what they consider to be a fair value for the car and they will not budge from that number. Our major issue is that in order to come up with their offer they used the local market value of five comparable cars and came up with an average based on those values. This seems like a perfectly fine method except that the closet car used to determine the local market value was over 1,300 miles away and the furthest was about 2,500 miles away. I don't see how they can consider this a "local market" when these sales took place so far away. It seems as though their offer should also take into account the amount that it would cost to ship any of these "local market" cars to our locale (an average of about $1,200*). My friend mentioned this to the person handling this claim but they would not give him and answer and said that they will not going any higher than their current offer. Do insurance companies ever take into account the cost of shipping associated with a vehicles used to determine a local market value? If so how to we go about getting them to increase their offer? I know that arbitration and litigation might be possibilities but ultimately that would probably end up costing us more than the $1,200. Is this something that could be taken to small claims court either against the insurance company or against the reckless driver? Additionally the insurance company may not reimburse us for the total cost of storage and towing, if this were to happen what would our recourse be? Who can I contact for legal help with auto purchase? Purchased car from used car lot 06/2008. October 2008 was pulled over by police because tag was still coming up from my prior car. Contacted dealer and they issued me a new paper tag . this went on till 04/2009.Dealership went out of business.Talked to owner of dealership found out his sales rep that sold me the car it was his personal vehicle and he forged documents to credit union showing the title was on its way. He took the check 10,600 from bank and deposited in his Personal account. So I filed complaint thru DMV. My credit union has been contacting bond company and lien holder to no avail. My temp tag is expiring again I want out of this whole situation. Please help with any advise.
Massachusetts Lemon law for used vehicles, PRIVATE dealer?? plz help... if you know ANY thing!!!? Ok Here's the scoop. Last night, i sold my car to a young couple. I told them every single specific detail about the car that was wrong with it. i was 100% honest, becuz if they didnt buy it i was gonna trade it in. no biggie. anyways, they swore up and down that they had a mechanic in the family and knew how to fix cars and that everything was fine. So we sold it to them for 750 and we made a bill of sales on lined notebook paper saying that we sold the car to them AS IS. Now, they went to a garage and found out the repairs are a lot of money and they want their money back. they said if they dont get it back they are going to take us to court. they even called the police on us 0.o what should we do? we sold it AS IS. can we get in trouble?? im sorry to sound airheaded, but im a little slow on this stuff, so please, with your answeres, explain thorougly like ur telling a 12 yr old lol thanks guys, i really appreciate your help!
What all can I sue for and about how much $$ could I get? I realize that this country has gotten extremely "sue happy" but listen to this crap and tell me what you think.. I recently bought a car off of Craigslist (BAD IDEA).. it is a 2002 Dodge Stratus SE. Let me tell you, this car from the outside looks GREAT!! Thats what drew me to it.. When I met the man I do own up to making a lot of mistakes. I was so excited to get this car that I just zoomed through everything - and Im sure he was excited to screw me out of my money. Okay, so I did test drive it just up and down the road.. and everything was good. No real problems occured. He did tell me that the AC was broken and that he would fix it free of charge and that he would replace the missing plastic on the ignition.. and trust me, I got him to write all of that in the bill of sale. Well, I went ahead and handed him the $2000 cash and we signed all of the papers. Well, we live about 50 miles away from eachother.. as soon as I get back into my town the brake light, check engine light, and airbag light pops on. Okay... so Im kinda pissed because I did buy the car as is. THEN, I go to get a tag and the lady at the dmv tells me that I cant get a tag because there is a hold on the vehicle out of a county for "plate verification" & I need a VIN inspection done by a police officer because the vehicle was questionable. Which she told me off the record she really hopes I did not purchase a stolen chop shop car. So, I get the VIN & everythings fine except the door is not the original, whatever. I can not take the hold off of the vehicle because the man who I bought the car from NEVER registered the car to his name - so I cant register it to mine. So what we would have to do is meet at the DMV, him register the car in his name and then transfer the title AGAIN. AND THEN, they told me that the car needs emissions.. which when I bought the car the man said it was current with emissions but lost the paperwork and I can just print it offline.. another thing I went wrong with was trusting him with that. Psh, so come to find out there is a MAJOR leak in the fuel line. HA. So, I take the car to firestone just to get a 6 point inspection done and they tell me just by LOOKING at the car and under the hood and driving it around the building that I need a rack & pinion (a brand new steering rack), CV boots, struts, tie rod ends, and a transmission filter. Now, please keep in mind that this is just LOOKING and DRIVING. NO diagnostics were done to see about the fuel line or diagnose the AC problem. These things alone are $1300 to fix.. labor there is $90 an hour. Heres the important part, the manager at Firestone asked me if I had emissions and I told him no that I couldnt pass... he said, good for you that in the state of georgia if you sell a car it HAS to have emissions or it HAS to be able to pass it and that it is completely the sellers responsibility. WHEW! GOOD NEWS!! So, I got in touch with the seller because I have been back and forth with him since day 1 about this piece of sh*t car.. I told him the law.. and I looked it up, it is the LAW in GA.. and he basically told me to shove it. He keeps trying to say it has been longer than 90 days.. and its only been 66.. and I have contacted him many many times. I have been so civil with this man and bit my tongue so many times, but I said to him that this is so inconvenient because I am a young mother of a 3 month old and Im in college.. I cant even get a tag for this car because I cant register it or pass emissions because of him. 2 of the windows stopped working and there is NO AC. I cant use it to go to school or to take my daughter to the dr if need be.. or just use it because hey, i just paid two grand for a car thats been sitting in my driveway. SO, he tells me I should have used a condom and said im not a woman im a baby with a baby and that I cant do anything to him. He also called me a bitch and an ass. SO, my question for you all is.. what exactly should I sue him for? I know the cost of the car.. which is $2000, then I wanted to sue for inconvenience, sexual harassment, and slander. I say sexual harassment because anything said to someone of a sexual nature that can be taken offense to is s.h.. and that comment about "i should have used a condom" because I have a daughter crossed the line. And I say slander because he is calling me out of name by calling me an ass and a bitch. The wonderful thing, I have this ALL through email because he changed his number on me :) So, any advice? Thanks for actually reading all of this by the way.. haha.
Unbearable rage! Can we ask the police to find this retard? Don't want to be this rude but this is really unbearable. We purchased a used car from a girl one and a half months ago, at the time of selling her car, she said that her car title was still held by a lien company cause she didn't pay off the loan. She promised that the lien would mail us the title as soon as she paid off the loan. So we trusted her and gave her all the money to buy this car without a title. We went to the bank with her and witnessed her paying off the loan with the money we gave her. We had a notarized bill of sale and then got our car. A few days later, we called her about the title but she never responded no matter how many times we called. We left a message saying that we would see her in court if there was still no response but she still did not answered. We went to her home to try to find her but she always kept the door shut even though we were sure she was at home. It seemed there was no way to find her and we don’t want to do a bonded title cause this car is pretty new and a bonded title would cost a lot. The staff in MVD told us that it was illegal to sell a used car without a title. So how can we find this shameless pig? Can we ask the police to help us find her? Also, in this case , should we hire a lawyer? Would it cost much to go to the court? Thanks!
Car Dealer Lied About Accident Record - What to Do? I bought a used car from a reputable dealership last week. We were told by the sales man that the car had never been involved in an accident. The next day, I was browsing the glovebox and noticed the Carfax report which clearly showed a accident and gave a police report number. What should I do now? Im mad I was lied to.

Is it illegal to have a siren on your car in Washington? I found a police siren at a garage sale and could't resist buying it. Is it illegal to have it mounted in the car as long as it isn't used on the road or impersonate a cop? I live in Washington state. Well I know it's illegal to use What I'm asking is it illegal to just have it installed?
What can i do legally? I purchased a used car on 8/11/07. I signed the contract, got the insurance and was approved by a bank. On 9/1/07 my car was stolen. I reported to the police and insurance. The claim process had begun. On 9/4/07 my sales agent whom sold me the car told me that i needed to sign a warranty, fax the insurance to the dealer and give the bank who approved the loan a welcome call. I signed the warranty, gave them the insurance which they should have received on the 8/13. I then told the agent the car had been stolen. The agent then said , dont tell the bank the car was stolen or the wont approve the loan. I was very skeptical so i notified the bank of the situation. The bank decided to cancel the contract and void the contract! Now the dealership says they are the lien holder and my insurance needs to pay them. My insurance wont pay unless the title is under my name. Im afraid the dealership is going to stick me with the total cost of the car. What can I do Legally?
is canada not communist? this isn't the rant of somebody who got screwed on their taxes. i'm tired of being bullied by police officers (i have no criminal record, and i'm in no way a suspicious looking figure according to steroetypes) i'm disgusted at all the laws prohibiting 'freedom of speech', and all the people who's rights i somehow violate by voicing my opinion... i'm very tired of how political leaders are simply rich, while hard working people in the "MIDDLE" class are replacing their crappy used cars with 5 speed bicycles.... harmony sales tax... come on... please, please give me an actual opinion, not just a patriotic '**** you' i'd like actual answers ^^ capa: i'd like to compare that to our political leaders and lines of hardworking, honest, good, deserving people standing in a huge lineup waiting for welfare and footstamps. what do you think? as far as healthcare goes, i must admit we are quite ahead of the game. i'll give you a point for that one :P but that doesn't change the fact that our police force is a legalized gang...
joke what do you think? When you occasionally have a bad day and you just need to take it out on someone, don't take if out on someone you know, take it out on someone you Don't know. I was sitting at my desk when I remembered a phone call I'd forgotten to make. I found the number and dialed it. A man answered, saying "Hello."I politely said, "This is Chris. Could I please speak with Robin Carter?" Suddenly the phone was slammed down on me. I couldn't believe that anyone could be so rude. I tracked down Robin's correct number and called her. I had transposed the last two digits of her phone number. After hanging up I decided to call the wrong number again. When the same guy answered the phone, I yelled "You're an idiot," and hung up.I wrote the number down with the word "idiot" next to it and put it in my desk drawer. Every couple of weeks, when I was paying the bills or had a really bad day, I'd call him up and yell "You're an idiot," it always cheered me up. When Caller ID came to our area, I thought my therapeutic "idiot" calling would have to stop. So, I called his number and said, "Hi, this is John Smith from the telephone company. I'm calling to see if you're familiar with our Caller ID Program? He yelled "NO" and slammed down the phone. I quickly called him back and said "That's because you are an idiot." One day I was at the store getting ready to pull into a parking spot. Somen guy in a black BMW cut me off and pulled into the spot I had patiently waited for. I hit the horn and yelled that I'd been waiting for the spot. The idiot ignored me. I noticed a FOR SALE sign in his car window, so I wrote down his number. A couple of days later, right after calling the first idiot (I had his number on speed dial) I thought that I'd better call the BMW idiot too. I said, "Is the man with the black BMW for sale?" "Yes, it is." "Can you tell me where I can see it?" "Yes, I live at 1802 West 34th Street. It's a yellow house, and the car's parked right out in front." "What's your name?" I asked. "My name is Don Hansen," he said. "When's a good time to catch you, Don?" "I'm home every evening after five." "Listen, Don, can I tell you something?" "Yes" "Don, you're an idiot." Then I hung up, and added his number to my speed dial, too. Now, when I had a problem, I had two idiots to call. But after several months of calling them, it wasn't as enjoyable as it used to be. So I came up with an idea. I called Idiot #1. "Hello" "You're an idiot: (But I didn't hang up.) "Are you still there?" he asked. "Yeah," I said. "Stop calling me," he screamed . "Make me," I said. "Who are ! you?" he asked. "My name is Don Hansen." "Yeah? Where do you live?" "Idiot, I live a 1802 West 34th St., a yellow house, with my black Beamer parked in front" He said, "I'm coming over right now, Don. And you had better start saying your prayers." I said, "Yeah, like I'm really scared, idiot." Then I called Idiot #2. "Hello," he said. "Hello idiot," I said. He yelled, "If I ever find out who you are." "You'll what" I said. "I'll kick you hard," he said. I answered, "Well, idiot, here's your chance. I'm coming over right now." Then I hung up and immediately called the police, saying that I lived at 1802 West 34th Street and that I was on my way over there to kill my gay lover. Then I called Channel 13 news about the gang war going on West 34th St. I quickly got into my car and headed over to 34th St. There I saw two idiots beating the crap out of each other in front of six squad cars, a police helicopter and a news crew. NOW I feel much better. Anger Management really works.
Real Anger Management !!!? This is hilarious! Read to the very end. A MUST READ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is priceless! Anger Management When you occasionally have a really bad day, and you just need to take it out on someone, don't take it out on someone you know, take it out on someone you don't know. It all started one day when I was sitting at my desk and remembered a phone call I had forgotten to make. I found the number and dialled it. A man answered, saying, "Hello." I politely said, "This is Stephen. May I please speak with Ashley Carter?" Suddenly, the phone was slammed down on me. I couldn't believe that anyone could be so rude. I tracked down Ashley's correct number and called her. I had transposed the last two digits of her phone number. After hanging up with her, I decided to call the 'wrong' number again. When the same guy answered the phone, I yelled, "You're an asshole!" and hung up. I wrote his number down with the word 'asshole' next to it, and put it in my desk drawer. Every couple of weeks, when I was paying bills or had a really bad day, I'd call him up and yell, "You're an asshole!" It always cheered me up. One day I was at the store, getting ready to pull into a parking spot. Some guy in a black BMW M3 cut me off and pulled into the spot I had patiently waited for. I hit the horn and yelled that I had been waiting for the spot. The idiot ignored me and then stuck his middle finger out the window and waved it around. I noticed he had a "For Sale" sign in his car window, so I wrote down his number. A couple of days later, right after calling the first asshole, ( I had his number on speed dial ), I thought I had better call the BMW asshole, too. I said, "Is this the man with the black BMW M3 for sale?" "Yes, it is." "Can you tell me where I can see it?" "Yes, I live at 1802 West 34th Street. It's a very modern white house, and the car's parked right out in front." "What's your name?" I asked. "My name is Don Burgemeyer," he said. "When's a good time to catch you, Don?" "I'm home every evening after five." "Listen, Don, can I tell you something?" "Yes?" "Don, you're an asshole." Then I hung up, and added his number to my speed dial, too. "My name is Don Burgemeyer." "Yeah? Where do you live?" "Asshole, I live at 1802 West 34th Street, a white house, and to make easy for you, my black BMW M3 is parked in front." He said, "I'm coming over right now, Don. And you had better start saying your prayers." I said, "Yeah, like I'm really scared, asshole. Bring your lunch!!" Then I called Asshole #2. "Hello?" he said. "Hello, asshole," I said. He yelled, "If I ever find out who you are!..." "You'll what?" I said. "I'll kick your ass." he exclaimed. I answered, "Well, asshole, here's your chance. Will the liberal media report this success in Iraq? The struggle to form a unity government in Iraq continues, but signs of hope are emerging. One of the sticking points continues to be Prime Minister Ibrahim Jaafari, who has so far refused to resign; however, on Sunday the Iraqi Shia Alliance reported it was close to a deal to replace him. For a little perspective, travel back to the States, to the U.S. Senate and watch the immigration debate in the Senate. We've been doing democracy for several centuries now, and we can't get 100 politicians to agree on one issue. Considering we're the pros, we could cut the Iraqis a little slack as they continue to get the feel of this democracy-project thing. There continues to be plenty of good news to be found in Iraq. The Iraqi army continues to take over responsibility for more battle space, al Qaeda continues to take a beating, and rebuilding of the country is progressing. Moreover, the Iraqi economy is improving, and has doubled in the last three years. News for Pessimistic Generals The media has given an enormous amount of publicity to former generals who are calling for Rumsfeld to resign, and all but ignore those who remain optimistic about our efforts in Iraq. Colonel William Grimsley commanded the brigade that first took control of Baghdad Airport. Three years on he remains optimistic about the country's future: Grimsley, commander of the 3rd Infantry Division's 1st Combat Brigade Team during the opening days of Operation Iraqi Freedom, said history — not current events — will tell the true story of Iraq's metamorphosis. And that story will show how Iraq ultimately emerged from almost 40 years of a regime that ignored the people's needs and undermined its potential, Grimsley, now a military assistant to Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld, said during an interview with American Forces Press Service and the Pentagon Channel. Major Kevin Carter just returned from Iraq, and shares this assessment: Charter believes not enough attention is being paid to the progress being made by Iraqis in taking control of their country. He said the people of Iraq are grateful Saddam Hussein has been overthrown. "I was told by an Iraqi that only two things could get rid of Saddam, the United States or Allah. I will never forget that," Charter said. "An Iraqi officer told me that if we just up and left the country would implode. They are so grateful for us being there and toppling Saddam. Even the Sunnis, who benefited under Saddam, thanked us." Before you think I'm just parroting the Pentagon line by quoting only officers, a Marine serving with an Iraqi unit had this to say: "Everybody hears about all the car bombs in Baghdad and how many people got shot. Those things are reality — I don't want to downplay them. But there's a lot of good things happening," he said. Despite being the main targets of terrorists and ex-Baathists, Iraqi soldiers remain well motivated: According to the commanding officer of the local Iraqi-army unit here, the soldiers' motivation to fight insurgents is steady despite the loss of two of their own comrades. During a memorial service for a fallen soldier, the Iraqi commander of 2nd Battalion, 2nd Brigade, 7th Iraqi Army Division, assured his soldiers they were performing well and encouraged them to continue to listen and learn from the Marines. "I want the soldiers to continue to do the job they are doing," said the commanding officer, who wishes to remain anonymous. "We need the Marines' support and they are very professional when it comes to training my soldiers." A tip led U.S. troops to a house where forged documents were made: The two suspected forgers were found at a house where Soldiers seized $2,050 in U.S. currency, more than 500,000 Iraqi Dinars, 125 various forms of identification, fake stamps for the IDs and an AK-47. Another tip led U.S. troops to a weapons cache at a terrorist training facility: Found at the site were 19 155 mm artillery rounds and 21 mortar rounds of various calibers. The site may have been a training site of insurgents. The cache was transported to a secured location for controlled detonation. 320 Iraqis from Anbar Province arrived in Jordan to received training as police officers. The Iraqi army continues to take over more battle space: The 3rd Battalion, 1st Brigade, 4th Iraqi Army Division is assuming control of an area of responsibility that encompasses Balad, Al Duluyah and Yethrib, as well as the smaller villages surrounding these cities. In addition to taking over battle space, Iraqis continue to take the lead in more security operations. Operation Cobra Strike was lead by soldiers of the 8th Iraqi Army Division. The operation was planned, and conducted by Iraqis, with U.S. soldiers in support. Iraqi soldiers discovered four weapons caches during an operation in southern Baghdad: In total, the four weapons caches consisted of seven RPG rounds, three machine guns, 28 70 mm mortar rounds, 38 60mm mortar rounds, landmines, a large bag of homemade explosives, a sniper rifle, grenades, 13 pre-made roadside-bombs, ten rockets, 403 linked rounds of small arms ammunition, three bags of linked ammunition and 5,000 rounds of sniper-rifle rounds. 139 Iraqi soldiers recently graduated from commando school, and are ready to fight: "The Iraqi people are tired of the terrorists, extremists and instability and this unit fights that ... I am very proud that I am part of this special unit that will help stabilize this country," he said. "The terrorists have had their time. This is our time now." 39 of 45 planned border forts along the Iran-Iraq border are complete. The border posts are manned by Iraqis. U.S. troops discovered several significant weapons caches on an island in the Euphrates River: On April 5, Soldiers from 1st Battalion, 67th Armor Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, discovered 34 fused 82 mm rounds, five fused 120 mm rounds, 600 82 mm mortar rounds, 23 fused rocket-propelled grenades, five hand grenades, 28 55-gallon drums of TNT, nine 55-gallon sacks of nitrate, two bundles of detonation chord, a penetrator and 5,000 AK-47 rounds. The next day, Soldiers gathered 1,500 meters of command wire, a mortar sight, a receiver, 54 82mm rounds and a 107mm rocket. On April 7, MND-B Soldiers discovered the following items on the island: 1,450 18 mm anti-aircraft rounds, 27 125 mm aerial bombs, 30 anti-tank grenades, seven 60 mm mortars, five 82 mm mortars, 25 RPG rounds, 96 sticks of dynamite, 600 mortar primers, 156 hand grenades, three cylindrical containers, a RPG launcher, a rocket (caliber unknown), 37 boosters and a small mortar. In Mosul, U.S. soldiers discovered a significant amount of materials used to make IEDs. In Tikrit, a terrorist planting an IED was captured. In Yusifiyah, several terrorist were killed or captured after their safe house was attacked: During the assault, five terrorists, three of them wearing suicide vests, were killed; five others, one of whom was wounded, were detained. Two of the suicide bombers were killed before either could detonate his vest, and the third detonated his body bomb killing only himself and injuring no one else. I mentioned Operation Cowpens last week. The operation ended Friday, and the tally of captured munitions is impressive US forces killed five suspected insurgents and detained five others in a raid on a house southwest of Baghdad early Sunday in a hunt for an alleged Al Qaeda operative, the US military reported, according to AFP. In another raid, a senior al Qaeda operative was killed. Abu Umar was the terror groups "ambassador," and was charged with forming relationships with other groups in Iraq. Umar was an associate of Osama bin Laden. More than 115 top al Qaeda operatives have been killed or captured in Iraq over the last few months. Al Qaeda in Iraq continues to use unwilling people to carry out attacks. One attacker was identified by the fingerprints found on his hand, which was hand cuffed to the steering wheel of a car used as a bomb. It was the only part of him found. U.S. military vehicles in Iraq will be getting a new anti-RPG system called Trophy from the Israelis [This item has been corrected since posting. — Ed.]: The Trophy, unveiled by the IDF a year ago, combines two main systems: a radar built by Israel Aircraft Industries Ltd., detects threats; and a Rafael-designed system destroys incoming threats in flight. Rafael claims that the Trophy can protect armored fighting vehicles against all types of anti-tank rockets and missiles. The two conceptual innovations incorporated into the Trophy are 360-degree protection of the tank or APC, which eliminates the need for adding armor plating, which can double a tank’s weight, restricting its mobility and maneuverability; and to provide protection from new threats from the side and top in low-intensity combat, compared with frontal threats of the past. The State Department issued a report on Iraq's economy. Iraq's economy as nearly doubled in the last three years. GDP rose by 2.6% last year, and is expected to rise by more than ten percent in 2006. A carpentry workshop funded by USAID is helping Iraqis earn a living: The workshop focuses on fostering leadership, independence and financial stability among 18- to 24-year-olds. Profits from sale of furniture and doors made in the carpentry shop are reinvested in the youth center to purchase sports equipment, Internet access and secondary school supplies. Three new power substations are now online in Najaf. At a cost of $4.8 million per substation, each should provide 25,000 households with electricity. A ceremony in Baghdad marked the opening of a renovated youth center: The Youth Center offers programs and training in weightlifting, boxing, wrestling, judo and soccer. During the tour, the guests viewed young Iraqi boxers sparring; wrestlers practicing takedowns; soccer players kicking goals; and weightlifters pumping iron. The project was financed with funds from the 10th Mountain Division. Everyday Americans are also helping out in Iraq. Frank Casa of Fairport, New York raised $25,000 to send wheel chairs to disabled residents of Hilla: Casa has raised more than $25,000 to send desperately needed wheelchairs to Hilla, a city south of Baghdad, ravaged by the blasts of suicide attacks and car bombs. Later this year, he'll travel to Iraq to help distribute the wheelchairs. "There are many, many civilians that are caught in desperate straits, that were caught up in this war, and they're strictly victims," Casa said. "Not to have mobility is like throwing fuel on the fire." The latest weekly reconstruction update is available here. Highlights include: * A water system is under construction in Fallujah. When completed it will provide 200,000 residents with clean water. * A firing range is under construction at the police academy in Hillah. * Renovations are complete on the police station in Kadhimiya. * The rehabilitation of a sewer pump station is complete in Mansour. * In Baghdad, construction is complete on three solid waste transfer stations. * A project to provide 10,000 residents in Basrah is complete. * Construction of two power stations in Erbil Province is complete. * Reconstruction is complete on two fire stations in Karbala. * 13 of 15 school projects are complete in Karbala. * Construction of new classrooms is now complete in Mosul. U.S. and Iraqi troops conducted a dental clinic in Amu Shabi: A smile can light up one's face... and today, more than 200 Iraqis had a reason to smile. Iraqi-army troops, along with U.S. Special Forces medics, Civil Affairs and 1st Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division Soldiers, traveled to a school in Amu Shabi, Iraq, to provide a Dental Assessment and Care Clinic for local citizens. A Scottish company has plans to build the first water park in Iraq. This story is pertinent because of the what the company's sales managers said: International sales manager Jim Stuart said yesterday: "I am delighted to be involved in this project and it shows that rebuilding in Iraq really is happening." Sadly, the newly elected Miss Iraq won't be attending the opening. Norway's DNO will become the first Western company since the invasion to produce oil in Iraq next year. The company has discovered five oil reservoirs in northern Iraq. Iraqi Air is purchasing two new planes from Airbus. Iraq is spending $25 million to purchase two new oil tankers. OUR HEROES Petty Officer 2nd Class Juan M. Rubio will be awarded the Silver Star later this month for actions in Iraq: On Jan. 1, 2005, Rubio's platoon was ambushed on the Euphrates River. The Marines left their boats and pursued the attackers, only to have an explosive set off nearby. Rubio and three Marines were wounded. Despite having shrapnel wounds in his legs and arms, Rubio belly-crawled to the injured Marines and treated their injuries. He then dragged each of them across open terrain, under fire, to safety behind a wall. He showed the uninjured Marines how to care for the wounded troops and then began directing covering fire while he helped take the wounded back to the boats. "Your actions saved lives and you have set an example for future corpsmen and Marines to emulate," wrote Maj. Gen. R.F. Natonski, who wrote a letter endorsing the medal. "Your service is coveted by each and every Marine in the 1st Marine Division." One Marine died that day, Lance Cpl. Brian Parrello. Rubio believes Parrello saved his life. "He took a big chunk of artillery," Rubio said. "He absorbed 90 percent of the explosion for me. I owe my life to him." Petty Officer 2nd Class Justin Jewett was awarded the Bronze Star for action in Iraq: Jewett ran through a hail of gunfire and dragged the injured teammate 20 feet to the protection of a large vehicle, the citation says. He then administered first aid. Under continuous attack, he supervised the evacuation of his wounded teammate. The Navy said Jewett's "courageous actions" saved his teammate's life. Lance Corporal Carlos Gomez-Perez was awarded the Silver Star this week for his actions in Fallujah: In the late morning, the platoon came under fire from machine guns and rocket-propelled grenades coming from three directions, according to a citation signed by Secretary of the Navy Donald Winter. Gomez-Perez first made sure that several injured comrades received medical attention, then moved another downed Marine out of the line of fire, suffering wounds to his shoulder and face in the process. "Despite his injuries, he again exposed himself to enemy fire and continued to attack the enemy with grenades and by firing his rifle with his uninjured arm," the citation states. "By his bold leadership, wise judgment and complete dedication to duty, Lance Corporal Gomez-Perez reflected great credit upon himself and upheld the highest traditions of the Marine Corps and the United States Naval Service."
Bought used truck but still have no owner's permit.? I am here visiting my son in New Brunswick. They recently purchased an almost new (2005) Toyota Tacoma and paid the seller $22,7000. They were given a bill of sale and they had temporary plates which expired last week. They have not received an owner's permit yet even though they have done everything except call the police! The fellow they bought from, is not a regular car dealer as such. He travels (mostly to the States) to bring back vehicles to sell. I am assuming that he would not have gotten through customs without a permit and he says he has the permit but my son just cannot seem to get this. The fellow they bought from does not answer calls or emails and lives in another part of the province. Any ideas of what they can do next. I suggested they call the police but they don't want to do that as they believe the fellow had some health issues that prevented him from delivering the permit. Help!!!
How can I mount my laptop in my car.? I am in outside sales. I provide printed estimates from a printer that sits in my backseat. I want to mount my lap top similar to that of a police cruiser. No, I am not a wanna be or impersonator. I only use it while sitting outside my customers home and from the drivers seat that is still a cumbersome activity.
bit long (sorry) but what would you do? ? My sister left her husband nearly 2 years ago they have two girls together one now 9 and the other 6! There is a 17 year age gap between her and her husband! He was a nightmare to live with a salesman that thought he knew it all! He controlled her life from morning to night! He never went on holiday with them and chose to go fishing for 3 weeks at a time with mates in the south of France rather then take his family away. He was just horrible! My sister planned to leave him about 4 years ago but in 2005 we lost are father very suddenly and this put a stop to that as she didn’t want to upset the children any more! She decided the time was right and left him 2 years ago but things have just got out of control! she stayed in the house as long as she could with him but one night he flipped out and pinned her up against the wall and got violent! So my sister then moved in with my mum till she could get a place of her own! She found a new job and started to move on with her life but he was following her everywhere even to the point where she went on holiday and he found out where they where staying and booked in under a false name as the campsite owner had been told that he might turn up! He has verbally attacked my mum on many occasions and myself when i turned up at there old house with my sister to collect some of the children’s things! I didn’t know at the time because he wouldn’t let me in the house that he had my sister upstairs and had strangled her! This wasn’t the first time he had done that as the police where called when he tried to strangle her next to his car he was taken in and questioned for 9 hours but nothing came of it as there was no evidence! Since all this has happened he has gone completely of the rails he was once a top selling car sales man but has lost job after job and now is living back with his parents and they are supporting him! When my sister met someone new and had a man around he did back off a little as there was a man there to stand up to him even though the new guy never met him and stayed out of the way, the husband new not to push things to far! Even though he still played up now again things looked to be getting better! But since my sister and her boyfriend have split up it has all stared again, he even thinks that they might get back together! What is really worrying about all of this is the fact that he has been hanging around with a 14 year old girl, the man is 48!! What i really want to know is how you would deal with this! Its slowing tearing my family apart as my mum and i cant understand why my sister will not stand up to him he bully’s her and uses the children to get to her he is always asking the girls where’s mummy what’s mummy doing as so on! in answer to pretty B... its not up to me to get a restraining order, i cant do that it would be down to my sister! the 14 year old girl worry's me because she is 14 what sort of person would not worry what a 48 yr old man is doing hanging around with a 14 yr old girl, you cant just say its her problem what sort of person would that make me!!
My husband left us with a note and a wedding ring.? On 11/05/08 my husband left me and our two children with no rent paid, no bills pd and no food. He left with an Armada (2008) Nissan which he forged my name to, and I have reported it to the police and they would not even take a report because his name is on the paperwork as he was a car sales manager at Pinnacle Nissan. I need to know how to sue him from Arizona in the Court system in Columbus, OH. The truck was repossessed for lack of payments. The finance company will not listen to me. They did send me the documents for my truck which i did sign for and the ones for his that he forged my name to. w had to move out of the house as I did not make enough money, and now we are in an apt. He has sent me $400 dollars since Nov. for two children and all of the bills we made together and one that My Shell card that I allowed him to use. Please give serious answers. It takes one full check to pay our rent.
Is the liberal media protecting Al Gores son, if he was the son of a Republican it would be on TV everyday? Al Gore III faces felony drug charges Former vice president has little to say today about son's arrest. City News Service MISSION VIEJO – Former Vice President Al Gore's son faced drug charges today in Orange County as his father faced the media while preparing for an international music festival to highlight global warming. Al Gore III, 24, a Los Angeles resident, was driving a blue Toyota Prius south on the San Diego (5) Freeway about 2:15 a.m. yesterday when a sheriff's deputy stopped him at the Crown Valley Parkway exit for speeding, said sheriff's spokesman Jim Amormino. The deputy smelled marijuana and searched the car, finding less than an ounce of pot, but also the prescription drugs Valium, Xanax, Vicodin, Soma and Adderall, which is used to treat attention deficit disorder. The Harvard graduate said he did not have a prescription for the drugs and admitted smoking pot shortly before being stopped, Amormino said. However, authorities did not book him on suspicion of DUI because they decided Gore was not "impaired" by the marijuana, he said. He was arrested on suspicion of drug possession -- and speeding -- and booked into jail in Santa Ana on $20,000 bail. One of his sisters, reportedly Sarah, posted his bail and he was released about 2 p.m. yesterday. Appearing on NBC's "Today" show for a previously scheduled interview, the former vice president -- who is one of the organizers of this weekend's "Live Earth," a 24-hour, seven-continent concert series to promote the battle against global warming -- was asked about the arrest. "Well, we're dealing with it as a private family matter," Gore said, "and we love him very much, and we're glad that he's safe, and that he's getting treatment, and we're going to leave it as a private matter." Possessing less than an ounce of pot is a misdemeanor, but illegal possession of prescription drugs is a felony. Gore is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 1. Prosecutors have not decided whether to file felony charges against him, said Susan Schroeder of the Orange County District Attorney's Office. Orange County offers three drug diversion programs that allow people to undergo treatment instead of going to jail, but participants must meet certain qualifications, she said. Among the qualifications for the "Drug Court" program operated by the Orange County Superior Court, a participant must have no record of violence, drug trafficking or possession of drugs for sale, said court spokeswoman Carole Levitzky. It is aimed at people with a second or third offense, and there "has to be a willingness" to go through drug treatment programs, such as attend a 12-step program, she said. "It's hard -- they get tested frequently," Levitzky said. Schroeder said the programs basically require participants to enter guilty pleas. Under a drug diversion program put in place by the Legislature, the defendant enters a guilty plea, but the plea is not entered as a judgment and it is never recorded if the person successfully completes a program. Under the Proposition 36 program passed by voters, a person pleads guilty and is sentenced to treatment instead of jail, she said. The son of the former vice president was charged with marijuana possession in Maryland in 2003 after police stopped the car he was driving for not having its headlights on. In February 2004 he entered a substance abuse program as part of a plea agreement. Gore was ticketed for reckless driving by North Carolina police in August 2000 for allegedly driving 94 mph, and in September 2002, military police arrested him on suspicion of drunk driving near a military base in Virginia.

does anybody find this as funny as i did? This is for all of you who occasionally have a really bad day, and you just need to take it out on someone! Don’t take that bad day out on someone you know, take it out on someone you don’t know! Now get this. I was sitting at my desk, when I remembered a phone call I had to make. I found the number and dialed it. A man answered nicely saying, “Hello?” I politely said, “This is Bobby Carpenter and could I please speak to Melissa Lewis?” Suddenly the phone was slammed down on me! I couldn’t believe that anyone could be that rude. I tracked down Melissa’s correct number and called her. She had transposed the last two digits incorrectly. After I hung up with Melissa, I spotted the wrong number still lying there on my desk. I decided to call it again. When the same person once more answered, I yelled “You’re a jackass!” and hung up. Next to his phone number I wrote the word “jackass,” and put it in my desk drawer. Every couple of weeks, when I was paying bills, or had a really bad day, I’d call him up. He’d answer, and I’d yell, “You’re a jackass!” It would always cheer me up. Later in the year the phone company introduced caller ID. This was a real disappointment for me, I would have to stop calling the jackass. Then one day I had an idea. I dialed his number, then heard his voice, “Hello.” I made up a name. “Hi. This is the sales office of the telephone company and I’m just calling to see if you’re familiar with our caller ID program?” He went, “No!” and slammed the phone down. I quickly called him back and said, “That’s because you’re a jackass!” The reason I took the time to tell you this story, is to show you how if there’s ever anything really bothering you, you can do something about it. Just dial 402-8863. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- An old lady at the mall really took her time pulling out of the parking space. I didn’t think she was ever going to leave. Finally, her car began to move and she started to very slowly back out of the slot. I backed up a little more to give her plenty of room to pull out. Great, I thought, she’s finally leaving. All of a sudden this black Camaro comes flying up the parking aisle in the wrong direction and pulls into her space. I started honking my horn and yelling, “You can’t just do that, Buddy. I was here first!” The guy got out of his Camaro completely ignoring me. He walked toward the mall as if he didn’t even hear me. I thought to myself, This guy’s a jackass. There are sure a lot of jackasses in the world. I noticed he had a “For Sale“ sign in the back window of his car. I wrote down the number. Then I hunted for another place to park. A couple of days later, I’m at home sitting at my desk. I had just gotten off the phone after calling 402-8863 and yelling, “You’re jackass!” (It’s really easy to call him now since I have his number on speed dial.) I noticed the phone number of the guy with the black Camaro lying on my desk and thought I better call this guy too. He answered the phone and said, “Hello.” I said, “Is this the man with the black Camaro for sale?” “Yes, it is.” “Can you tell me where I can see it?” “Yes, I live at 1802 West 34th street. It’s a yellow house and the car’s parked right out front.” I said, “What’s your name?” “My name is Don Hansen.” “When’s a good time to catch you, Don?” “I’m home in the evenings.” “Listen Don, can I tell you something?” “Yes.” “Don, you’re a jackass!” And I slammed the phone down. After I hung up, I added Don Hansen’s number to my speed dialer. For a while things seemed to be going better for me. Now when I had a problem I had two jackasses to call. Then, after several months of calling the jackasses and hanging up on them, it just wasn’t as enjoyable as it used to be. I gave the problem some serious thought and came up with a solution: First, I had my phone dial Jackass #1. The man answered nicely saying, “Hello.” I yelled “You’re a jackass!”, but I didn’t hang up. The jackass said, “Are you still there?” I said, “Yeah.” He said, “Stop calling me.” I said, “No.” He said, “What’s your name, pal?” I said, “Don Hansen.” He said “Where do you live?” “1802 West 34th Street. It’s a yellow house and my black Camaro’s parked out front.” “I’m coming over right now, Don. You’d better start saying your prayers.” “Yeah, like I’m really scared, Jackass!” and I hung up. Then I called Jackass #2. He answered, “Hello.” I said, “Hello, Jackass!” He said, “If I ever find out who you are...” “You’ll what?” “I’ll kick your butt.” “Well, here’s your chance. I’m coming right over, Jackass!” And I hung up. Then I picked up the phone and called the police. I told them I was at 1802 West 34th Street and that I was going to kill my gay lover as soon as he got home. Another quick call to Channel 13 about the gang war going down on W. 34th Street. After that I climbed into my car and headed over to 34th Street to watch the whole thing. Glorious! Watching two jackasses beating the crap out of each other in front of siz squad cars and a police helicopter was one of the greatest experiences of my life! i didnt actually do this, i found the joke off the internet. i'm not that crazy. I SAID THAT I DIDNT DO IT I JUST FOUND THE JOKE OFF THE INTERNET! I DONT MEAN TO BE RUDE. BUT I HAVE THE CAPS ON MY ACCIDENT

Woman sales her baby as down payment for car? WHAT'S UP WITH THESE CRAZY PEOPLE? Police say baby was down payment for car PUEBLO, Colo., Feb. 28 (UPI) -- Police in Pueblo, Colo., arrested a woman and charged her with using her 5-month-old son as a down payment for a car. Sgt. Brett Wilson of the Pueblo Police Department's special victims unit told the Denver Post the alleged sale took place on Feb 21. "We received information from a third party about the sale of the baby," Wilson said. "Within hours, we were able to locate the baby." The child was healthy and was placed in foster care, the report said. Nicole Uribe, 23, was taken into custody for investigation of trafficking in children, which is a Class III felony, and the couple who allegedly bought the child could also be charged, Wilson said.
