Car Registration - Address Finder? (UK ONLY!)?

Is there a website available where you can input a car registration number and find the corresponding owner's details (address etc)?

5. Yes.... The DVLA will supply details (for a fee) - but you have to have a good reason to want it.. Look on their website... Most clamping companies do it, so they can issue fixed penalty notices instead of clamping - cheaper for them...
6. Police National Computer. Only available to law enforcement officers.
7. There isn't one. Not even the police have got one. They have to go through the DVLA.
