i am 39 years old and i have no insurance on my car but the other driver hit me she was in the wrong what can?

the other driver hit me so what can i do i am injured and my car is racked and the driver that hit me was not injured just a couple of dents at the finder her car is still drivarable.

Either you, or your attorney, should contact the other driver's insurance company. Where do you live that they'll let you drive without insurance? That's illegal everywhere I have lived.
it's still your fault ,, you should not have been on the road w/out insurance it's the law, get a good lawyer.

In NJ you would be at fault because you had no insurance.
You are basically on your own with out an insurance company to back you. You also broke the law so they will say with out insurance you shouldn't have been on the road.
That is why you always take a driving test before you get your license, because it says you require an insurance before you can drive your car.. You might get penalty points on your license now...

You are obliged to report the accident to the police because you are injured. Looks like you are both for the high jump. At 39 years of age you should really have known that it was an offence to drive without insurance.
You will be fined for not having any insurance. She probably has uninsured motorist insurance. So what does the amount of damage mean? Was there a police report? How can you prove she was at fault? If you live in a no-fault state, you may be out of luck as well.

u shouldnt be driving,u hav no entitlements what so ever,just keep ur mouth shut or u'll be off the road for a couple of years and also get a fine.Ur a bloody disgrace anyway with no insurance.

Actually it was you in the wrong by not being insured. It could have been the other driver with the injuries and the wrecked vehicle so think yourself lucky that it wasn't. With a bit of luck you will be prosecuted, fined and banned for a long time.
you have no excuse and its just lucky the accident was thata way round, if you had injured them they would get nothing unless you were able to pay. shame on you.
