Car Body two toned because of oxidation HELP PLEASE?

I have a 1993 Toyota Tercel that has severe oxidation on several of the car's original panels. Can anyone suggest how I can get this oxidation taken care of and the rest of the car to shine like the replaced hood and right finder that were replaced in 2003 after an accident? Thanks

1. Rub the faded areas with baby oil, wash then wax.
2. Go to the parts store and ask for "Color Back" It comes in an orange squeeze bottle.
3. try some Liquid Lustre its supposed to remove oxidation..but ive never tried it. ifd not you need a paint job.
