What forms does a used car dealer typically need for a sale in Illinois?

We're getting ready to close our first car sale and I want to make sure I have my bases covered! What do I need to provide to the customer and state?

sales contract with taxes included. and if they did not use their own cash, a copy of the financing document. PERIOD.
