How do you make music track titles come up in car stereos using iTunes?

I've been using iTunes for a long times. when I burn CDs, it gives me an option of mp3 CD, audio CD, data CD. Under audio CD, it gives choices such as gap between songs, etc. one of them is include CD text. am I supposed to press that or MP3 CD?

2. To get the ID3 tag (Track title, Artist, Album etc.) to come up when the song plays you will have to burn and MP3 CD.
