Where is the best place to find cars for sale by owner?

Im looking for something $2000 and under. Needs to be running good. Ive spent way too much money on my current car and it just quit on me. So i want something reliable. I looked on craigslist but i didn't find much. Any site recommendations?

Autotrader.com i think is one of the best places to look for a car, you can pick any make or model you're interested in. how far in miles you want results too show up in. and any other options you'd like, buy from dealers or private selleres. min. and max. price you'd be willing too pay and your case would be 2k. hope i helped Robin
In your price range you'll just be trading one problem car for another. Anything selling for $2000 or less is going to be old, high miles or worn out, maybe all three. I suggest you keep you cash in your pocket and continue to fix your car when it breaks. Save up some money and buy a car when you can afford to spend $5000 - $7500
